EVENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY.
The EDRS has never cancelled an event to date however, if the event is less then 60% complete and weather or other circumstances beyond our control forces a complete event cancellation, we will do one of the following -
1. Run the remainder of the event on holiday Monday
2. Set a reasonable rain date to complete the event in the future
If the event is more than 60% complete the winners will be decided according to elimination rounds/qualifying completed.
