Top Sportsman class announced for the 2008 Extreme Drag Race Shootout.
The Top 8 qualifiers in this class will enter the TOP GUN OUTLAW SHOOTOUT on Sunday which will be a Heads-Up Shootout Race!!!
The T/S class will be finished on Saturday to allow for the Top Gun Outlaw Shootout on Sunday

Entry Fee $120 - Includes Car, Driver and one crew member. Your entry fee includes one Free Meal Pass to the Meet The Stars Of The EDRS BBQ on Saturday night.
Lucas Oil Products has stepped up their sponsorship this year with Sponsorship of the World Street Event but also as the Official Oil of the Extreme Drag Race Shootout. As the Official Oil of the EDRS, they will be providing the first 300 cars in the gates with 4 quarts of Lucas Oil Products Synthetic Oil and 1 quart of Lucas Oil Stabilizer.

The maximum dial-in for the Top Sportsman class will be 8.50 (dial in must be 8.50 or quicker)
IHRA general rules and Safety rules will be used as a guide for the Top Sportsman class.
The T/S class will be finished on Saturday to allow for the Top Gun Outlaw Heads-Up Shootout on Sunday
